Join us on Friday 6 November for a very special Lunch & Learn: Privacy & Technology* session at the Digital Catapult Centre in London.
Adam Harvey is an American designer and innovator who runs the Privacy Gift Shop, an online marketplace for counter surveillance art and privacy products, including Stealth Wear and OFF Pocket. He teaches Stratosphere of Surveillance at New York University.
Adam is in Europe to release the Surveillance Trend Report at the European Commission’s Annual Security and Safety Symposium in Brussels next week and has kindly agreed to give a talk to members of the Digital Catapult’s Personal Data & Trust Network (PDTN) on Friday 6 November.
‘The NSA declined to comment on Harvey’s work, as did the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,” so reported the Washington Post. Here’s what WIRED, The New York Times and Forbes have to say about him.
Join us from 12:30-14:30 on Friday 6 November for an unmissable talk on privacy and technology over the next ten years.
*Lunch & Learn: Bring a packed lunch, and we’ll pop the kettle on.
