Thursday 8 March is International Women’s Day, a day on the calendar used to create an understanding on how the move for gender equality will positively benefit all facets of business and society. In honour of this auspicious day, One HealthTech are bringing together healthtech leaders in policy to explain what the future of health innovation in the UK looks like, and the role that women will play in making it happen.
What’s it all about?
This event is going to be all about where the UK health tech sector is headed, from a high-level perspective, talking policy, strategy, international stuff, while also bringing in discussions around diversity, skills and capacity, and the role that plays in delivering the future of the health tech sector.
At the event, Sarah Wilkinson, CEO of NHS Digital, will discuss the need to focus the workforce on the huge tech challenges ahead of us and how we need to ensure that there are female leaders stepping forward to hold the reigns in key new areas.
