Part of our series of 5G events, this evening will inform and support those who are interested in the impact of 5G connectivity on innovating event experiences in music and sport.
To make sure that IoT businesses across the region thrive, Digital Catapult is setting up a national 5G testbed in Brighton. The testbed is designed to create an ecosystem that allows local SMEs to engage with the new technology and test its capabilities prior to nationwide rollout
For the events industry 5G developments will enable the delivery of content to multiple mobile devices providing a truly interactive experience. Further to this 5G technologies have the potential to enable event attendees to switch between real-time and immersive content whilst providing real-time contextual data to businesses.

Come along to hear knowledge-sharing presentations and participate in interactive workshops. This event will help attendees explore how 5G technologies could deliver new audience experiences at large stadium events.

In this event, we will be using the American Express Community Stadium (home of Brighton & Hove Albion FC) as a real case study of the challenge areas and opportunities that 5G can deliver to the events industry.
We will also explain at this event how the 5G testbed for small business and the Digital Catapult Centre Brighton can support you.
